  1. Join the Volunteer Team

We need your gifts and enthusiasm to make Sukkot 2025 run smoothly. Beginning July 15, 2025, we’ll shift into ‘active’ planning mode—watch your inbox for emails outlining roles, deadlines, and checklists. In the meantime, prayerfully consider how you’d like to serve:

  • Hospitality (set-up, clean-up, meal prep)
  • Children’s team (ages 0–12)
  • Teen activities coordinator
  • Worship & music leadership
  • Evening Midrash hosting
  1. Activities for Teens and Tweens

Texas parks are built for adventure! Here are a few ideas to get you started on your planning:

  • Guided nature hikes around Lake Mineral Wells
  • Kayak or paddle-board excursions (ministry-led group sessions)
  • Outdoor volleyball, soccer, or Frisbee tournaments
  • Evening campfire testimonies and acoustic jam circles
  1. Fun for Kids 12 and Under

Our youngest campers will love:

  • Nature scavenger hunts with prizes
  • Sukkah crafts: papercrafts, leaf-rubbing art, and decoration workshops
  • Storytime under the stars—Bible stories and legends
  • Water-play afternoons (supervised wading pools and sprinklers)
  1. Hospitality: Feed the Flock

If cooking for a crowd energizes you, join our meal-prep crew! Work alongside our kitchen coordinators to facilitate kosher-friendly group potluck meals, and help setup tables for meal service. Between set-up crews and meal teams, your help will create the warm, communal atmosphere we all love.

  1. Music & Worship Leaders

Do you play guitar, piano, or any other instrument? Are you gifted in leading worship? We’d love to build our praise team with you. Whether you’d like to lead a sunrise worship set, coordinate sound, or teach a worship workshop—reach out and let’s make Sukkot 2025 sing!

  1. Evening Midrash Hosts

Each night after dinner, we gather for Midrash—an open-air time of Torah teaching, Q&A, and heartfelt discussion. If you feel led to facilitate a session, teach on a favorite Scripture passage, or moderate dialogue, please let us know. Fresh voices keep our conversations vibrant.

  1. Spirit led Baptisms (Immersions)

For those who are led by the Ruach to be baptised, we will facilitate this happening. Bring the appropriate attire for this occasion. Arrangements will be made during Sukkot week.

Mark your calendar: On July 15, 2025, we officially move into ‘active’ planning mode. From that day forward, you’ll receive regular email notices about volunteer sign-ups, planning deadlines, supply needs, and fun surprises.
